Overview
Most craft cideries track production in a tangle of spreadsheets: one for apple purchases, one for the press log, one for tank measurements, another for what got bottled. Nobody can answer what a given batch cost to make without an afternoon of reconciliation.
CiderPilot follows the product through the cellar. A purchase from a grower becomes a press run, the press run becomes juice in a vessel, the vessel becomes a fermenting batch with logged measurements and transfers, and the batch becomes packaged inventory. Because every step is connected, cost of goods per batch is a query, not a project.
